Concurrent with the Nasdaq listing, Worksport priced an underwritten public offering of 3,272,727 units at a price to the public of $5.50 per unit. with gross proceeds of approximately $18.0 million. Each unit consists of an immediately separable share of common stock and one common stock purchase warrant with an exercise price of $6.05 per share. The warrant also began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “WKSPW” on August 4, 2021.
